Wide elastic waist, with White inner drawstring waist. Side slit pockets. The material is 100% stretch Polyester. The material is shiny. No stretch up/down, very minimal stretch side/side. Fleece lines pants. They have a 70's/early 80's look to them. Very well made and these have some weight to them.
